REFUND POLICY

Participants/Subscribers/Students/Learners may choose not to pursue/attend the course/competition/subscription due to multiple reasons including mismatch of expectations, time constraints, health issues, etc. Irrespective of the reason, we have a standard Refund Policy uniformly applicable. The deductions are to cover platform, logistics, operational costs and applicable taxes. 

Learners will be eligible for an 80% refund within the first 7 days of registration, a 60% refund within the first 14 days of registration of any program.

How to seek a refund?

• Please write an email to info@ileu.in mentioning your registered email address and the name and Course/competition details for which you are seeking a refund. Please also mention your reason for requesting a refund.
• A refund confirmation email mentioning the amount of refund will be sent within 3 days.
• The refund shall be processed in your original mode of payment within 10 days of receipt of your request.
